JK-47, REDHOOK & SPIDERBAIT ANNOUNCED ON GROOVIN THE MOO
Groovin the Moo organisers have announced the lineup for the festival’s return in April. The festival will take place for the first time since 2019, following two years of COVID-19 cancellation.
The lineup includes international acts Wolf Alice, BROODS, Thomas Headon, Snakehips, Milky Chance, Riton and Chaii. Closer to home, the stacked lineup features Hilltop Hoods, Middle Kids, Peking Duk, Alice Ivy, Spiderbait, Hockey Dad, Jesswar, JK-47, Polaris, RedHook and many more.
As announced last November, Groovin the Moo 2022 will see the festival downsize, running three events instead of its usual six. This year’s run will kick off on Saturday, 23rd April at Maitland Showground in Maitland before continuing on to EPIC in Canberra the following day. It will wrap up the following weekend at Prince of Wales Showground in Bendigo on Saturday, 30th April.
“It’s been a long time between opening our GTM gates and we can’t wait to see you again,” Groovin co-founder Steve Halpin commented in a statement. “And for those of you heading to your first Moo, we are so excited to welcome you. We’ve got more to share with you too – stay tuned for our Fresh Produce and Community Program additions coming soon.”
