THE SCREAMING JETS TAKE OFF WITH NEW WORLD ARTISTS

The Screaming Jets have inked a deal with New World Artists and will be joining the esteemed ranks of Allday, Anna Lunoe, Diesel, Frenchy, Grinspoon, Mallrat, British India, Nats What I Reckon, Sneaky Sound System, Spiderbait, Thy Art Is Murder and fellow Novocastrians Silverchair.

The Screaming Jets first burst onto the scene by winning a national Triple J Battle of the Bands contest. Throughout their career, they have achieved numerous gold and platinum albums, alongside six Top 10 and three Top 20 albums, as well as a string of radio and streaming hits. Their latest album, ‘Professional Misconduct’, released in October 2023, claimed the #1 spot on the ARIA Australian Artist, ARIA Vinyl, and AIR charts. It also reached #3 on the ARIA Album chart and #1 on iTunes, solidifying the band's ongoing success in the music industry.

On commercial radio, 'Better' was crowned the most played single by an Australian Artist in its on-air history by Triple M Sydney, and, lead singer Dave Gleeson's radio show, 'Nights With Dave Gleeson,' heard weeknights from 7pm across 50 radio stations on the Triple M Network, is currently the #1 night show in Australia, drawing over 100,000 listeners every night, Monday to Friday.
